It’s official: GPUG Summit is going Virtual this year. In light of the global pandemic, the murder hornets, fire tornadoes, etc. that have been on our plates in 2020, it’s hard to argue that going virtual was the wrong choice. In fact, Njevity held our annual Team Week event 100% virtually at the beginning of August, and our team said it was the best Team Week we have ever had. So, the Njevity Team is looking forward to a fantastic virtual GP Community Summit, because we have learned that, sometimes, different can be better.
We love our GPUG community, and while we are going to miss the hugs and the after-hours conversations at our “Advanced Networking Opportunities”, the Njevity Team has something really special planned for our GPUG Summit 2020.
What we believe the humans in our community are craving right now, more than anything, is a gathering—a place to make new connections and to deepen our existing ones. Njevity aims to help make that happen.
This year, we are planning a series of special, after-hours virtual events EXCLUSIVELY for the GP Community Summit community. These events are designed to inspire our creative selves and facilitate connections within our GPUG community. And for the first time, we welcome our at-home families to share those experiences with us.
If you are questioning whether or not the return you expect to receive from participating in a virtual GP Community Summit will be worth the investment, I’d like to challenge you to take a risk and go all in. This is, after all, our community. We each own a piece of it. We each bear a little responsibility for it (even in a pandemic). And right now, this year, with each of us having a little different perspective on life, it very well could be the best one ever.
One thing I do know is that if you decide to join us for GP Community Summit 2020, you will have free, exclusive access to all aspects of Njevity’s PowerGP Online GPUG 2020 Experience. It’s not going to be a party… it’s much, much bigger than that. But trust me, you are going to have major FOMO if you are not in the room when it happens.
