Meet the Pit Crew
What is a Pit Crew? It’s our Leadership Team – but we prefer to be called “The Pit Crew.” Why? We all work together to ensure we are succeeding at our mission and upholding our values. Pit Crews don’t sit on the side. They’re in the action, working hard to do whatever is needed to ensure the car, its crew, and the race are functioning as best they can and are supported in healthy ways.
Chris Dobkins
CEO/President
Chris has spent the last 25 years working as Senior Cloud Architect, Senior Process Architect, Project Manager and ERP/CRM Consultant with a focus on Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM. During that time, he has been involved in hundreds of projects in technical, functional, architectural and project management roles for companies ranging in size from several Million to several Billion in annual revenue.
Most recently, Chris has overseen the development and launch of the firm’s two Cloud Brands, NjevityToGo, and PowerGP Online. Chris was also instrumental in architecting two of the largest Dynamics GP Cloud deployments in North America. One was a private cloud deployment designed to handle up to 600 concurrent Dynamics GP users. The other was a 400 Concurrent Dynamics GP user deployment on Microsoft Azure—the first Azure deployment of Dynamics GP of this size.
Melissa Dobkins
Director of Customer Success
Melissa has 20 years of experience in project management, accounting and software system implementations. She has been with Njevity for over 10 years and is not only a Senior ERP Consultant and
Project Manager, but also a non practicing accountant who has worked in a multitude of industries using financial, distribution and manufacturing process flows.
Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge to our customers and partners gained from her experience as a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young, CBIZ, and Compuware. Melissa received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York. Melissa is a Microsoft Certified Master in Great Plains Applications and a Microsoft Certified Professional in the Dynamics SureStep Implementation Methodology, and Microsoft Forecaster.
Tami Jones
Director of Cloud Operations
Tami has over 20 years of IT experience with a core focus on managing Enterprise level infrastructure, systems, and teams of engineers. She has a love for GP customers and cloud hosting.
Her passion and excitement for technology began when she got her first Commodore 64. When most little girls were playing with Barbies, Tami was playing with her new computer and especially curious in how it worked. Radio Shack quickly became her favorite place to hang out!
Tami brings to Njevity this same excitement and her expertise of hosting GP in the Cloud and On premise. She comes to us with 18 years of experience supporting GP since Dynamics Version 7.0 as a Sr. Systems Engineer for customers. In 2010 she made the move to the wonderful world of Cloud Hosting.
Tami joined Njevity in June of 2020 and is very excited to be part of our magical team of talented, passionate individuals who live and breathe our core values. As our Director of Cloud Operations she brings her excitement for providing exceptional services to our customers.
Mike McPhilomy
Director of Sales
Mike joined the Njevity Team in 2011 and has spent his entire career in sales. He is passionate about helping businesses reach their potential through business process automation and simplification. Mike has been instrumental in building the Njevity Cloud Brands and in helping thousands of users find their way to the Njevity Cloud.
As the Director of Sales, Mike is responsible for generating new business opportunities as well as supporting our Partners. Through the Partner Program at Njevity, Mike’s team works with Dynamics GP Partners and Resellers who want to provide their customers with an exceptional Dynamics GP Cloud experience through our NjevityToGo and/or PowerGP Online Cloud Offerings.
Windi Epperson
Director of R&D
Having joined Njevity in 2019, Windi is dedicated to curating PowerGP Online and providing customers with an exceptional experience. With deep knowledge of Dynamics GP, Windi strives to bring value and insight to PowerGP Online through innovated functionality.
Windi is a true Dynamics GP expert with over 25 years of experience with GP.
She is a community leader who believes in the value of shared knowledge. Windi is a GPUG All Star and valued member of the GP Community.
